About this product

Adjustable support for side and back sleeping

The Complete Sleeprrr is an adjustable, therapeutically contoured cervical neck support pillow made in Australia by Therapeutic Pillow, a family-owned company with over 50 years of manufacturing experience.

It is TGA listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods and is widely recommended by chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and myotherapists across Australia. At Lakeside Chiropractic, we stock three versions: Gel Infused blue, Original white, and Plus pink. Each uses the same contoured shape and adjustable system, but differs in foam density and feel.

What it does

Designed to support neutral neck alignment overnight

The contour, shoulder edge, removable inserts, airflow channels, and dual-height design work together to support better sleeping posture.

1

Dual-height contour

The higher and lower sides support both side and back sleeping positions while helping keep the head and neck aligned.

2

Scalloped shoulder edge

The under-edge allows the shoulder to sit snugly beneath the pillow during side sleeping.

3

Adjustable inserts

Foam inserts and noodles can be removed or added to adjust height, shape, and firmness.

4

Airflow channels

Open-cell foam channels and a breathable mesh cover help promote air circulation.

5

Side-sleeping support

The contoured design encourages side sleeping and may assist with light snoring by supporting a more open airway position.

How it helps you

Support between visits and during sleep

  1. Neck pain and cervical stiffness: A correctly fitted contoured pillow supports the cervical spine in a neutral position overnight, reducing sustained muscular loading that may contribute to morning stiffness.
  2. Headaches: Better cervical support during sleep can reduce the muscular and joint strain that may contribute to morning headaches.
  3. Postural support between chiropractic visits: A properly fitted pillow helps support the progress made in the treatment room by improving overnight sleeping posture.
  4. Shoulder tension and upper back stiffness: The scalloped shoulder edge helps reduce the gap between the shoulder and pillow for side sleepers.
  5. Light snoring and airway support: The contour encourages side sleeping and helps maintain a more open airway position. It is not a treatment for sleep apnoea.
How to use

Start low, then adjust to fit

  1. Before first use, remove the inserts and trial the pillow on the lower side to assess your initial height.
  2. When lying on your side, your head, neck, and spine should form a straight horizontal line.
  3. Add or remove foam inserts in the centre to adjust height. Remove foam noodles from the surface channels to soften the feel.
  4. Use the higher side for side sleeping and the lower side for back sleeping, or experiment to find what suits you best.
  5. Your shoulder should rest just off the bottom edge of the pillow on the mattress. The pillow supports your head and neck only.
  6. Allow one to two weeks to adjust, particularly if you have been using a flat or unsupportive pillow.
  7. Spot clean the foam only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the foam. The mesh cover is machine washable.
Which version is right for you?

Choose by frame size, head weight, and preferred feel

All three versions use the same contoured shape and adjustment system. The difference is foam density and firmness.

Complete Sleeprrr Gel Infused blue version
Blue — Gel Infused

Extra Soft

Foam: Gel-infused visco elastic memory foam

Often recommended as a starting point for smaller or lighter frames. The softer foam can more readily support a lighter head weight while keeping the neck in line. The gel infusion also helps regulate temperature for people who tend to sleep hot.

Complete Sleeprrr Original white version
White — Original

Soft

Foam: 100% Australian-made open-cell visco elastic memory foam

The most versatile version and a good starting point for average builds or anyone unsure which version to choose. The soft memory foam moulds to the head and neck without feeling too firm or too flat.

Complete Sleeprrr Plus pink version
Pink — Plus

Medium

Foam: Open-cell visco elastic memory foam, approximately 20% firmer than Original

Often recommended as a starting point for broader or heavier frames. A heavier head usually needs firmer foam so the pillow does not compress too far and allow the neck to fall into lateral flexion.

Frequently asked questions

As a general guide, the blue Gel version is often recommended for smaller or lighter frames, the white Original for average builds, and the pink Plus for broader or heavier frames. The right version ultimately depends on neck length, shoulder width, head weight, and sleep position.

When you sleep on your side, your head should be level with your spine, not tilted up or down. If the pillow is too soft or too low, the head can sink. If it is too firm or too high, the head can be pushed upward. Either position places sustained stress on the neck over many hours.

Most people adjust within one to two weeks. If you have used a flat or unsupportive pillow for years, your muscles may initially protest the change to a neutral position. Mild discomfort in the first few days can occur. If pain increases significantly or arm tingling develops, stop use and speak with your chiropractor.

Yes. The lower contour side is generally better suited to back sleeping because it provides a shallower depth that helps avoid pushing the head too far forward. The higher side suits most side sleepers.

No. The pillow comes with a breathable mesh overslip designed to keep the adjustable inserts in place overnight. This sits underneath your pillowcase. A separate pillow protector is recommended and is available to ask about at reception.

The mesh cover is removable and machine washable. Air dry only. The foam inner should not be soaked or machine washed. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry fully in a shaded, ventilated area.

Stomach sleeping places rotational stress on the cervical spine regardless of the pillow used. This pillow is designed for side and back sleeping. If you are a habitual stomach sleeper, speak with your chiropractor about strategies to gradually transition to a better sleep position.
