NDIS Chiropractor – Lakeside Chiropractic

If you have neurological or musculo-skeletal complaints and are supported by NDIS or National Disability Insurance Scheme, you are covered for Allied Health care including Chiropractic. We see a wide assortment of conditions including spinal pain, headache, disc conditions, sciatica, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, migraine, plantar fasciitis and much, much more. If you're unsure if we can treat your condition please call or email us.

You can choose Chiropractic as your allied health service if you are Plan Managed (Moira, Leap In, Plan Partners, My Plan Manager) or Self-Managed. Unfortunately, participants that are NDIA Managed cannot be covered with us at this stage.

We have many patients that use NDIS currently in our chiropractic clinic – and we are able to claim for you!

What are the three types of NDIS management?

Plan Managed

It is the right of every participant to ask a Plan Manager for assistance. No funds will be taken from your plan to pay for a Plan Manager. As a financial intermediary, your Plan Manager will facilitate your interaction with the NDIA. All services and support selected by you will be paid for by your Plan Manager.

A Plan Manager can help you enjoy the service of providers that is not NDIS Registered, with a fixed rate according to the NDIS price guide, because service cannot be charged at a higher rate.

Self-Managed

By self-managing your plan, you can choose services, pay for them, and receive funding directly from the NDIA. As a result, you won't be limited to using only NDIS registered providers, nor be restricted to the NDIS fee schedule.

NDIA Managed

With NDIA managing your plan, they will pay your service directly for you. You will not have the freedom to choose your own service. You can find out more information on ways to manage your plan on the NDIA website.
