Natalie is passionate about human anatomy and how the body works, which led her to do the diploma in Remedial massage.
Massage techniques I offer: Nat is experienced in many forms of massage techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage (relaxation) and reflexology. As well as recently adding functional release and cupping to her expertise.
What she can help with: Nat can help with relieving muscular pain and tension, improving posture, reducing stress, muscular injuries, strengthening muscles through exercises, stretching, reducing headaches, improving range of motion, PNF stretching and much more.
She commonly works with clients that present with back and neck pain, she also is able to use various tests to determine what might be the contributing cause of your presenting problem. She is qualified in prescribing stretches and exercises that can be done at home or at the gym/outdoors.
Nat enjoys the gym and has a love for food. She enjoys learning about her interests, learning new languages; she is learning to speak Japanese and speaks Czech. Of course, she also enjoys relaxing at home or outdoors. She is also great at listening.
Nat finished her Diploma in Remedial Massage, Certificate IV in Fitness and Certificate II in Sport and Recreation. She is now a remedial massage therapist, a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she is always updating her skills and knowledge in all her working fields, striving for the best results for her clients.
