The doTERRA Ice Blue Stick + Copaiba is a solid-format topical product containing the Ice Blue Athletic Blend of essential oils alongside Copaiba resin oil, formulated into a convenient roll-on stick.
It is the same product sold internationally as the Deep Blue Stick + Copaiba. At 48g net weight, it is compact and portable for use at work, at the gym, or while travelling. It is a cosmetic wellness product and is not TGA-registered as a therapeutic medicine in Australia.
The key distinction between this product and the Ice Blue Rub cream is the delivery format and the addition of Copaiba resin oil as a featured ingredient. The stick applies quickly without needing to rub in with the hands, dries fast, and is less messy.

Apply directly to the target area
- Remove the cap and apply the stick directly to the target area. Twist the base to advance the product as needed.
- Apply before, during, or after physical activity. The quick-drying formula does not require rubbing in.
- For a more intensive effect, apply the Ice Blue essential oil blend to the skin first, then apply the stick on top.
- Common application sites include lower back, neck, shoulders, knees, and other areas of joint or muscle discomfort.
- Do not apply to wounds, broken skin, mucous membranes, or sensitive areas. Avoid contact with eyes.
- Do not bandage tightly after application and do not use with a heating pad.
- Wash hands after use if you have touched the stick end, to avoid accidental contact with eyes.

- If skin irritation, redness, or rash develops, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. If pain persists beyond 7 days, stop use and seek assessment.
