A new rehabilitation program has been added to the Lakeside Chiropractic website. This time we have developed a specifically designed program for hamstring strains. This program was created using latest and best evidence and includes a 3 phase progression which integrates concepts of exercises, physical therapy and rehabilitation. Some of the exercises in this program are intended for athletes but can be performed by the general public.
