Getting Rid of Knots and Trigger Points

muscle skeletalWhat is a trigger point? To put simply, it is also known as knots that are found in your muscles. They are hypersensitive, tight, small and bump-like areas of the muscles. These muscle knots may appear anywhere in our muscle. Trigger point can be categorized into two group: active and latent. Active trigger points, they are painful even when you are not pressing on them; Latent trigger point on the other hand only feels painful when you press on them.
